HOW DOES IT WORK?
A specific appointment is pre-scheduled for your pet at intervals of one to eight weeks.
This pre-selected interval is yours for as long as you wish.You will receive a reminder call or SMS some days before your appointment to confirm it. At that time you may confirm, cancel or schedule a more convenient time.
PRIORITY HOLIDAY SCHEDULING FOR PROGRAM MEMBERS
Never again will you have to scramble around trying to schedule a hard-to-get holiday appointment.
As a member of the Custom Program, your appointment will be pre-booked and waiting for you.
ENROLLMENT
To start the program simply call our receptionist and say "I want to start the Custom Program" or ask to join it on your next visit.

Each one of our staff members undergoes special training before starting to work with us.
We provide you with a report of observations about your pet’s health.
The report covers conditions which appear obvious to the groomer by his experience in handling pets.
We’ll recommend you a visit to a veterinarian if needed.
This service is not intended to replace regular check-ups by your veterinarian nor is it a medical examination. It is a courtesy service to the pet’s owner out of human concern for your pet’s health.
Individual records are maintained about your pet.

My name’s Giampaolo Cecchetto and I’ve been a Professional Groomer since 1999.
I started this wonderful art thanks to my love for animals. This passion leaded me to be vegan, activist for the protection of animals and the environment.
I always improve my job with enthusiasm by attending workshops and stages of A.P.T. (the major national groomers association), canine grooming competitions, dog and cat shows, updates and exchanges with other colleagues.
In 2000, I won the 1st prize in open class in the Italian league A.P.T.
I was adviser for ENPA Vicenza (a national association for the protection of animals) for a few years, as well as a volunteer of the local dog and cat shelter, and a national counselor of A.P.T. for 3 years.
I take care of all aspects of my work, starting from the relationship with animals, because I want to give a high-quality professional service.
